Vienna Book Ball: A literary celebration for 950 guests

The Palais Niederösterreich is a place steeped in stories in its own right.
Yet on this evening, it became the stage for nine literary worlds,
and our task was to make these worlds not only visible but also
experiencable through the culinary arts.

Each room had its own theme—ranging from Sherlock Holmes to Narnia—
accompanied by matching cocktails and dishes that enhanced the atmosphere.
In the fantasy area, “Smaug’s Breath” brought fire and magic, while in
the England room, the “Earl Grey-Infused Gin & Tonic” enchanted guests
with its elegant notes.

The guests journeyed not only through the rooms but also through the
culinary worlds of their favorite books. It was a ball where the food
did not merely satisfy hunger but became part of the experience.

Chopard x Augarten: An Evening of Elegance

The Kohlmarkt is Vienna’s most exclusive address, and on this evening, it became
a stage for Chopard and Augarten—two brands synonymous with glamour, elegance,
and timeless beauty. Our task was to showcase this moment perfectly—
not only visually but also through the culinary experience.

Guests entered a room where black velvet met gold and
every detail was just right. Finger food that not only tasted
like art but looked like it, too. Champagne served at the perfect temperature.
And service so discreet that it seemed almost invisible.

It was one of those evenings when you sense that true elegance doesn’t
have to be loud. It lies in the perfection of the details. And as the last
guests departed, a feeling remained: sometimes luxury isn’t what
you see—but what you feel.

WKNÖ Gala Dinner: Down-to-earth cuisine for 400 guests

Die Arena Nova in Wiener Neustadt ist kein Ort für zarte Gemüter, hier geht
es normalerweise um Sport, Konzerte oder Messen. Doch an diesem Abend
verwandelte sie sich in eine festliche Bühne für die Güterbeförderungs-Gala
der WKNÖ. 400 Gäste, eine Preisverleihung und ein Catering-Konzept, das
eines klar machte: Auch bei großen Events darf die Küche regional, herzhaft
und mit Liebe zum Detail sein.

It became evident right from the flying buffet that the offerings were not sterile canapés, but rather Lower Austrian classics that fostered conversation and culinary enjoyment. The gala dinner, featuring synchronized service, was the highlight of the evening; each course was served right on cue to the sound of applause, moving with the precision of a finely tuned timepiece.

By the end of the evening, one thing was clear: down-to-earth charm and elegance
are not mutually exclusive. Sometimes, all it takes is the right
ingredients, good timing, and a team that knows how to delight 400 guests
all at once.

Dell Technologies Forum at the Marx Halle

A day filled with innovation, networking, and culinary delights: We had the pleasure of providing the catering for around 900 international guests at the Dell Technologies Forum in Vienna’s Marx Halle. In keeping with the theme "Technology & Future," we developed a modern culinary concept with an Austrian touch—interpreted in a contemporary style and designed to meet the highest event standards.

Throughout the day, guests enjoyed a varied selection featuring a bowl station, buffet options, and coffee breaks, before the evening culminated in live cooking and a "flying dinner" reception. We provided the furniture, which was specially tailored to the modern tech setting.

Breitling Summer Party

A sunny atmosphere, exclusive new products, and a touch of Hawaii: for the Breitling Austria Summer Party—featuring a product showcase at the HANS-Y rooftop bar—we developed a cohesive summer concept that elegantly highlighted the brand while simultaneously evoking a holiday vibe.

Guests were welcomed with fresh coconuts as a special aperitif, followed by summery specialties prepared at our live-cooking station featuring a gas grill/BBQ. The concept was rounded off by a "flying buffet" offering bowls, cake pops, and other sweet and savory highlights.

Entertainment was provided by a show bar featuring bartender performances and a live band that rounded off the evening musically. It was an event that perfectly combined lifestyle, brand, and enjoyment, bringing the summery flair of Vienna to life high above the city rooftops.

Ball Night at the Hofburg

On November 23, 2024, guests at the anniversary ball will experience a magical night at the magnificent Vienna Hofburg. Look forward to elegant dancing, festive music, and culinary highlights by Adventure Catering. Together with the Chris Dance School, we are organizing an unforgettable night filled with glamour, culture, and Viennese tradition.

Interprävent 2024

INTERPRAEVENT is the specialist conference dedicated to preventive protection against natural disasters, held biennially and alternating between Europe and the Pacific region. Adventure Catering managed the catering for this unique event at the Hofburg from June 10 to 13, 2024, with our team providing culinary services for over 500 guests each day.

Boutique Opening on the Graben

On September 19, 2024, the Gmeiner-Wagner family reopened their boutique on the Graben and introduced the company's fourth generation. Adventure Catering made this glamorous evening in the heart of Vienna perfect with a first-class flying buffet. It was an unforgettable evening for us, too.
